When you place an order on our website, you commit to buy the items in that order at the price indicated at the time of purchase including any delivery fees, taxes and custom duties where applicable. You order is subject to our acceptance and might be held for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions and stock availability. Your order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us. Any items held in your basket of wish list, will not be reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Orders are delivered worldwide. although due to recent regulations, we are not able to deliver to Qatar, Israel and Canada. Please check the below delivery options and timescales.

** Orders placed outside of our ordinary working hours (11am-7pm) after the cut-off time and/or on any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the date on which the order was submitted.

*** We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery. 

**** Please note that our driver will contact you through the phone number provided at checkout to inform you on the delivery of your order. After 3 attempts to deliver, your order will be returned to us and you should contact our team to arrange re-delivery or pick-up.

A tracking number will be provided by SMS and/or email once your order is confirmed. You are then able to track your order.

If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any original, return or re-delivery charges. Cocobum is not responsible for failure or delay of delivery for reasons outside our reasonable control.
